@alexvonauen i've moved your posts to the master thread for disappearing saves and other user content. The sims 4 platform:pc which language are you playing the game in? The driver for your graphics chip is crashing, and if that's happening while you play sims 4 it would explain the issue.
My Game Will Be Playable For About 10 Mins (Only If I Restart My Entire Computer) And Then Stop Working Again.
