The driver for your graphics chip is crashing, and if that's happening while you play sims 4 it would explain the issue. Nothing is fixing the issue. Every time (100%) what is your current game version number?.

I've Restarted The Game, Turned Off My Computer Multiple Times, Did A Full Game Repair.
