The Driver For Your Graphics Chip Is Crashing, And If That's Happening While You Play Sims 4 It Would Explain The Issue.
The sims 4 platform:pc which language are you playing the game in? Every time (100%) what is your current game version number?. I've restarted the game, turned off my computer multiple times, did a full game repair.
