I've restarted the game, turned off my computer multiple times, did a full game repair. Nothing is fixing the issue. Every time (100%) what is your current game version number?.
The Driver For Your Graphics Chip Is Crashing, And If That's Happening While You Play Sims 4 It Would Explain The Issue.
